However, can and will it allow me to do all of the following?ġ) interface with ableton (multi ins/outs) and record audioĢ) could I simply "Plug and Play" an electric guitar? Just jack straight into the Behringer and be able to record on Ableton's input using the guitars default pick ups?ģ) be able to play music on ableton going out thru behringer, and also be able to record on a new track in that same ableton set thru behringer (ex: beat and bassline playing on ableton which is outted to my master speakers via the behringer, and at the same time be able to connect a synth or electric guitar directly to another input on the behringer and have ableton record what i am doing on that synth or guitar) So i check a bunch around, and the Behringer X1204USB "looks" pretty decent for its price range. Need an audio interface with more than just 2 I/O.
